Once a file holder has stored their portfolio with us, you retain complete access to their file. We provide you and your colleagues with free administrator accounts, which give you the tools to review portfolios, track statistics and communicate with your file holders.

In 2007 we processed over 100,000 deliveries with the capacity to handle many more. Robust technological safeguards, including multiple levels of encryption, keep stored documents protected, secure, and private. Closed letters of recommendation are kept confidential with a comprehensive rights management system.
