We’re excited to announce that Interfolio is now part of Elsevier, a global leader in research publishing and information analytics solutions that enhance the performance of science, health, and technology professionals, empowering them to make better decisions, and deliver better care. Elsevier, which is part of RELX, has 8,700 employees, is headquartered in Amsterdam and has offices worldwide.
Andrew Rosen will remain the head of the Interfolio business, now a part of Elsevier’s Research Intelligence portfolio, which includes Scopus, SciVal, Pure, and Digital Commons. We will continue to operate our business as usual – which includes having the same great team of account managers, implementation specialists, customer support managers, and others. You will still receive the same high-quality service and support.
Interfolio clients’ contracts and historic rights remain unchanged and intact. This includes our commitment to data rights and privacy; we will absolutely continue to honor and protect Customer Data and User Data per our current and continuing mutual agreements.
Interfolio remains dedicated to helping you solve the challenges you face in your current faculty search or faculty evaluation processes. With the highest set of capabilities and greatest capacity for configuration, we know higher education and what our clients need to be successful. Elsevier’s decision to acquire Interfolio only reinforces this and the value they see in continuing to solve these challenges. Being part of Elsevier’s portfolio allows us to leverage the exceptional resources and experience of both companies.
We are excited for the next phase of Interfolio’s journey and look forward to our continued work with you to advance research and academic work.
