Faculty Affairs Institutional Readiness: A New Model for Success
An effective faculty affairs office is key to the success of higher educational institutions, but there is a dearth of centralized resources and associations for faculty affairs professionals. This absence of anchoring practices, training, and knowledge-sharing among faculty affairs practitioners has the potential to negatively impact student and institutional success.
Interfolio joined forces with Tyton Partners to interview faculty affairs professionals from public and private institutions across the country. We leveraged our findings to create the Faculty Affairs Institutional Readiness (FAIR) model for use by colleges and universities to better understand the faculty affairs landscape and advocate for their teams.
