Kate brings a unique set of experiences to the Interfolio team as VP, Head of People. Always focused on nurturing relationships, connecting across organizations and creating moments for hospitality in business, she oversees the People and Culture strategy at Interfolio. In partnership with Talent Management and Talent Acquisition, Kate sees the People team as a business partner and internal marketing function, with special attention to communications, experience and recruitment marketing.
Early in her career, she developed and supported PR campaigns for restaurant and hospitality clients including Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Morton’s The Steakhouse, the National Cherry Blossom Festival and Larry King Cardiac Foundation. After leading the publicity and promotions of theatrical film releases for Sony Pictures Entertainment and Walt Disney Motion Pictures Studios, Kate joined the team at WeddingWire overseeing PR, B2B and B2C events and Corporate Communications. For seven years as a communications leader on the Marketing team, she transitioned to the People team, leading internal and executive communications and global employee experience through private equity transactions and the merge with XO Group to form The Knot Worldwide.
Kate holds a BA in Public Communication and Cinema from The American University in Washington, DC.
